Aardvark Topsites PHP

I have recently installed topsites 4.2.2 and everything was working fine, I couldnt have been happier with it.
Then..........about 1 week later its gone tits up and I get the following error message



Strange thing is most of the topsites is working fine, its just the link from my button that does not display the image and the error message above is displayed when clicked.
I get the same error when the gateway page comes up and I click enter and vote, but not when I click have you been fooled into coming here etc etc.

Have I been hacked ?, I think so.
But what can I do about it?........

you have not been hacked. try searching the forum for 127, it's been discussed before.
