O.K. i figured out that i'm to turn it on in the setting and add this {$featured_member} to the wrapper right before the {$content}

My problem is How is the code to look like:

{$featured_member}

<div id="featured member">{$featured_member}</div>

<div id="content">{$content}</div>
<div id="copyright"><br />

<div id="featured member">{$featured_member}</div>

<div id="sidebar">
<div id="sidebar-content">

Could you arrange the code extraly how its to fit in the wrapper.html I'm having serious problem here: http://www.arcadegamma.com

in the future, refrain from crossposting, double posting, and pming me. i read every topic here, but not 24 hours a day.

that being said, i am no css guru, so you may be better off asking this question in a css forum somewhere.

you said the problem was with your layout, right? i wrote the script, but i did not write the layout. so i don't know enough about its structure to give you specific advice.
