Having trouble with site

My site, http://runecounty.itopsites.com is currently having some problems. This started about 3 days ago. Basically, whenever you try to change to a different rankings page (e.g. from ranks 1-15
to ranks 16-30) the topsites voting gateway page comes up. This also happens if you try to select the hits in viewing method.

There may be other sites having the same problem, but it's probably just a bug that can be easily fixed!
