You can get it at the downloads page in both tar.gz and zip formats. This is mainly a bug fix release. Here is the full list of changes:

BUG FIXES
- If you set "Delete inactive members after this many days" to 0 it deactivates the feature
- The review time is now accurate if you have specified a time offset
- Featured Member now works correctly on all pages
- Featured Member works with no members
- Simplified parse_form() in functions.php
- Inactive days set to 0 when a site is active for a day
- Inactive sites do not affect the rank displayed on buttons
- Fixed typo in manual - <#oldrank> should have been <#old_rank>
- Minor changes to the Default skin
- Auto-change ranking method in Stat Buttons
- Removed mysql-specific code from admin.php, graph.php, and ssi.php
- Emails sent out from the admin bypass strip() and retain their original characters
- Removed unneccesary stuff from install.php

That think in the admin panel is very usefull
I just wanted to make a very minor change and i saw it. Shame its all white round the edge, could ya not make the space around it trans?

It doesn't mention anything about having to update the skins in the manual so Im guessing that you don't have to

you don't have to, the old skin will work fine. but if you're running an unmodified default skin, you might as well upload the new one. it's minor stuff, mostly.

I am using this latest version, but it appears to have something missing? When you try to submit a banner URL it says that you did not input the dimensions, but there is not any fields on the join form for width or height.

you're misreading the error message. it says your banner is too big. in the admin you can set a max width and max height for your member's banners. if it is giving you the error when you're sure your banner is small enough, then it's a server problem and you can turn it off by setting the max width and height to 0.

yes, thank, I recognized that after and had to reword it to make sense as a user will not realize that it is the size of their banner that is causing the problem.

Just a few suggestions on yoru next update. You topsite is becoming a legend dude...it's become part of my fantastico thingy now I think.

You definately got the best topsites out there. Well here are a few of my suggestions

Bad word filters for reviews or badword replace with other words if the reviewer uses a badword. My site gets a lot of badword reviews.

Mulitple review deletes option in admin.php instead of mysql.

New member feature that integrate into part of topsites like how you integrate members into the layout instead of using newmembers.ssi. Like for example if you click on new members link, it will list the last 10 members but with all their stats and their quote etc.

That's all I can think of right now...I also have a question. I'm afraid of upgrading. I might screw up everything if I do it. What's the chance of that happening? I'm a beginner.
