Here are all of the changes:

BUG FIXES
- Delete member function in the admin makes sure the member exists first
- Somewhat faster button.php, especially for people that have many buttons
- More consistent error message
- Reset stats function in the admin clears the iplog table
- No more error messages about fread() in template.php
- Refreshing the page after joining does not add another member
- The featured member must be an approved member
- The search now works on strings with a leading space
- Fixed a typo in <#lng{'join_error_urlbanner'}>
- Time offset now works correctly
FEATURES
- Mass email members from the admin
- A weekly ranking option along with daily and monthly
- PHP-like includes in the skins: <#include="http://url.com/file.whatever">
- Stat Buttons, allowing you to customize your buttons and display all kinds of stats on them
- You can use different skins for different categories
- A redesigned admin to allow editing, deleting, and emailing members from one screen
NOTES
- Templates are now known as skins
- This release is only in English and Spanish; translators are needed for other languages

It's working great, I just updated from v 4.2.0 Beta, and I must say I absolutely love the software and I appreciate the fact that you've spent the time creating this software and ensuring that you offer support for it.

i figured most people would just want their list in one language. i know i wouldn't join a topsites if i knew that most of its members didn't speak english. websites have little use for traffic from languages they don't support.

integrating with various cms's and message boards and subcategories. it's still in the planning phase, so don't look for a release any time soon.

that would be nice, being as i don't have vB and i'd rather not buy it, but i wouldn't need it for a while. i'm also planning on making it work in only php 5, which hasn't even been released yet.
