cant install top sites script

HI I'm not that good with this sort of thing Im having loads of probs trying to install the script

i have uploaded the script to the sever and followed the manual but still no joy i have done this so many times I have lost count

this is the url http://topsite.uphero.com/ when i type in http://topsite.uphero.com/install.index.php i get this http://error404.000webhost.com/?

this is a free sever but i have used it before with no probs, i have also tried it on my other sever hostgator and after reading the forums i know now it cant be done on this server
i know its me doing something wrong i just need to be put right or even better have some-one who knows how to install do it for me

update i have now access to the admin panel but no front page please help

Its not http://topsite.uphero.com/install.index.php

after http://topsite.uphero.com/install comes a trailing slahs, no dot
