Wrong password error on Admin login

I have installed everything correctly. Entered my desired password for my admin login.
however, when I go to login in continually tells me I have entered the wrong password.

Has anyone experienced this or what could be causing it. Already reinstalled twice and it didn't work.

Please advise and thank you for your time.

Ok I ran the mod and got logged in.
