Admin password problem on new install

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed version5.2 The install went fine, I changed the permisions and deleted the install. When I try to log in it tells me that my password is invalid. I reinstalled this 3 times from scratch and it is still not working. I am sure it isn't a forgotten password or a typo. I found the post at

but I can not find the admin_login.php that it refers to. I searched all the folders and the DB.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong.
