My member banner got trobble

hi guys
i am new in forum i need your help
my script installed but yesterday i tested the member area but i had trouble with the member banner
it gives an error( enter a valid banner)
however i set the banner size 400*60 pixels in the setting
please help

Ask your host is "allow_url_fopen" is enabled. that is needed for the banner size check, if its disbaled it will alway shows an error, so unless you played around with the php files this most likely is your problem
