Mod Request - Rate System

Hi, i'm a new member from Brazil. (please, forgive my english)

I like to know, how could i make a rate system like this brazilian top site:

The people click in a link in forum of his server, vote and finish.

The system rank the page counting the number of votes.

And show too the number of visualizations
