Thanks, I upgraded my topsites. I had a problem with changing the text links in skin.php but i figured it out.

Whne doing the upgrade to the latest version, 3 main thing didn't come out correct. First, my join page does not have the re-type password feature on it, see for your self...

The other thing I noticed was that my cureent members of my top sites, could not make any changes to their account information. The last thing i noticed was that my curent members don't have anything displayed on the linking code section of their account.

Please let me know where I whent wrong during the upgrade, so i may be able to fix this.

Is the answer for the securaty question Case sensative?

to fix your skin, you need to follow the skin upgrade instructions in the manual.


what does "could not make any changes" mean? an error message? blank page? can you give me a demo account so i can see this?

the security question answer is case sensitive.

I did follow the instructions for upgrading my sking too, but for some reason, I still have issues with the join page and my member's accounts.

I had a multiple button mod added to my top sites list, but I must of lost it during the upgrade. I tried looking in osempire.com, but they don't seem to have any mod for v5.2.x only for. Do you have any suggestions how I can fix these issues please?

upload the link_code.html included with 5.2 to fix the blank code problem.

the user cp problem is because user_cp has been renamed to user_cpl (some servers banned user_cp for some reason, probably a security hole in another script). so you have to update the url in edit_form.html to fix that problem.
