I've seen other topsites that have premium membership scripts for example gtop100.com
for instance you can Buy a 1 month preium membership and it will give your site 100 votes for the month, and you can buy up to 6 months at a time so for all 6 months your site on topsites will show to have 600 votes and the additional votes from users, counted all as one

I was wondering if a mod like this was available here
