Actually the default admin approval behavior was intended to prevent spammers from getting your button code before admin approves it. But yes, it is a pain for real members... Just another trade of liberty for security

It's not a wise idea to display the code before approving the site, it can end up with lots of others topsite codes and can put load on your button.php
