Topsite SEO when using the antcheat gateway ?

Hello all, when using the anticheat gateway would I be right in thinking this cant be any good in sense of SEO?
Basically the first port of call will be this page so within SEO terms this would be a killer?
I notice my site has not had any form of google rank in some time even though I have got a fair few backlinks.

If iam not completly mistaking now there is a code in sources/in.php which prevent engines from seeing the gateway, therefore not counting as double content or whatever.

Though i myself am no big fan of the gateway anyway, so i never really investigated this, as i had other messures to detect cheating
